He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Rubalcaba and Trinidad Rubalcaba (Cisneroz); his wife Carol Ann; his grandson Benjamin Rubalcaba; and his siblings, Emilio Jr., Frank, Robert, Fernando Rubalcaba and Ramona Gomez.
He is survived by: his children, Christina, Anthony and David Rubalcaba; his grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Marcus, Stephanie, Vanessa, JoAnna and David Jr.; and his sister Debbie Miramontes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lima Family Erickson Chapel (710 Willow St, San Jose, CA 95125). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
