He is survived by: his children, Elsa Vargas, Raul Vargas, Esperanza Rico and Ricardo Vargas; his grandchildren, Jasmine Rico, Felix Ramirez Jr., Jeremy Vargas, Erica Rico, Joshua Vargas, Jonathan Vargas and Manuel Rico Jr. As; and his great grandchildren, Luke Vargas, Elias Vargas, Alonzo Vargas and Josiah Vargas.
