He is survived by: his former wife Karen Gardner; his wife Deanna; his children, David Kazakevich (Dara) of Tracy, CA, Darcy Setter of Syracuse, UT, Karyn Rondeau Harline (Scott) of Kingston, WA, Lance Setter (Marlene) of Pahrump, NV and Nicole Kurtz (Ben) of Roosevelt, UT; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob (Miranda), Rian (Johnny), Scott (Andrea), Zachary, Lukas and Dawson; his great grandchildren, Leah, Cameron, Cory, Cole, Adelyn and Watson; his aunt Claire Colombe; his cousins, Deborah, Bonnie, Suzette, Dewayne and Deanna; and his siblings, Clydea Cook of Reno, NV, David Setter of Aberdeen, SD, Patricia Williams (Roger) of Tucson, AZ, Terri Lambert (Keith) of San Diego, CA and James Setter of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by his family and his many friends and neighbors.
