It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chin-Yen Cheng of San Jose, California, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though their name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Chin-Yen leaves upon the hearts of their loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of their spirit and the richness of their legacy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary (466 N Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery (490 Lincoln St, Santa Clara, CA 95050).
