He is survived by: his children, Katie Dang-McKernan (Kelly), Trung Dang (Trieu), Tam Dang and Minh Dang (Zane); the mother of his children Lynne; his siblings, Cam Hoa Dang and Victor Hiep Le; his niece Teresa (Jack); and his nephew John. He is also survived by father and grandfather—and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vang Catholic Church (389 E Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113). Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Darling & Fischer Garden Chapel (471 E Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95112).
