It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lewis of San Jose, California, who passed away on August 27, 2025, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park (300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
