Perry of San Jose, Denise R. Willis (Terrance) of Campbell, California and David R. Perry (Debby) of Campbell, California; and her siblings, Donald R. Cox of Springfield, Mildred I. Quinn (Raymond, Jr.) of Springfield and F. Arlene Cline of Springfield. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, along with several nieces and nephews.
