He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Blaze Goodner and Charlotte Bernice Goodner. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee; his children, Ranay Alison Goodner, Jeff Blaze Goodner and Danielle Elizabeth Goodner; his sisters, Merri Monkemeier, Emily Doss and Cammy Wright; his grandchildren, Brittany Ranay Mayfield (Judd), Austin Louis Judd and Carson Blaze Judd; his great grandchildren, Mia Harmony Mayfield and Mollie Sage Mayfield; his child-in-law Jerry Louis Judd Jr.; and his grandson-in-law Matthew Robert Mayfield.
