He was predeceased by: his parents, Leong Gong and So Gong; his siblings, Peter, Francis Gong, Nancy Gong and Betty Lee; and his son Daniel Gong.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Gong; his son Ronald; his daughter-in-law Wendy Gong; his granddaughters, Madison and Sophie Gong; and his sister Helen Gong. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home (870 San Benito St, Hollister, CA 95023). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1100 Hillcrest Rd, Hollister, CA 95023).
