He is survived by: his children, Regina Martinez, James Smart and Joanna Smart; his grandchildren, Penie Martinez, Noah Martinez, Tabitha Martinez, Hunter Windrose, Jordan Windrose, Devin Burmingham and Trevor Smart; and his great grandchildren, Cruz Ryan Martinez and Wells Vincent-Scott Martinez.
