He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Perez' and Maria Perez'; his wife Stella Smith Perez; his sons, Dr. Steven Perez and Paul Perez; and his siblings, Alfred, Robert, Raul, Gilbert, Carol Taylor and Estella Long.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Tippets, Michael and Phillip Perez; his siblings, Linda Cordoba and Charlie Perez; Mary and Erica. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren and numerous Nephews and Nieces.
