He was predeceased by: his parents, Efren Huerta and Maria. He is survived by: his wife Rosa H. Huerta; and his children, Efren Huerta, Suzana Huerta Quezada, Maristella Huerta Tapia and Joshua Huerta. He is also survived by his wife and sisters.
