He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Yousfi and Shoushan Yousfi; and his siblings, Sima, Edward, George and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Shamiran; his children, Tony (Misty) and Natalie (Ninus); his grandson Christopher; his brother James (Lyda); and his siblings-in-law, Joe Koshabe, Youbert Lazar (Bella), Karen Yousfi and Gnady Lazar.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends to honor Johnny's memory by supporting Parkinson's research—an effort close to his heart. Donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, whose mission is to "end Parkinson's. Together.".
