She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Simmons and Vivian Simmons. She is survived by: her husband James H. Smith (Jim); her children, James R. Smith (Leslie) and Elizabeth A. Moreno (Mark); her grandchildren, Ruben Columbus (Katie), Mark J. Moreno and Mia M. Moreno; and her sister Marilyn Elliott. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Darling & Fischer Chapel of the Hills (615 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030). A burial was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Los Gatos Memorial Park (2255 Los Gatos Almaden Rd, San Jose, CA 95124).
