She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Augusta (Walcott) and Leonard Wallace Scott; her husband Richard Welde Sr.; her son Richard Welde Jr.; her great grandchild Trinity Preeo; and her brothers, Lowell, Bud and Robert.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy (Bruce Preeo) of Stockton, CA.; her grandsons, Jason Preeo (Devon) of Littleton, CO and Matthew Preeo of Stockton, CA; and her great grandchildren, Mallory, Noah of Stockton, Davis, Hudson and Stella Preeo of Littleton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
