It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Shyoko Asing (San Jose, California), who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Kurasaki and Kiye Kurasaki (Matsumura); and her sisters, Sayo Nakamura, Sumi Shiraki and May Sueki.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell; her children, Tiffany and Chris (Sarah); her grandchildren, Sophia, Keahi and Keola; and her sisters, Sets (Otani) and Ruby (Kobashi).
