Mary Ann Flack Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2025, at the age of 93, Mary Ann Flack of San Jose, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas L. Wershing and Julia Wershing (Mikla); her husband Charles Lindsey Smith; her siblings, Julia Wershing and Francis Wershing; her former husband Joseph Flack; and her children, Mary and Peter Flack.
She is survived by: her children, William Flack of Kearney, John Flack of Lincoln, David Flack (Beth) of Malcolm, Julia Wong (James) of San Jose and Andrew James Flack. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Leonard's Catholic Church (504 S Nebraska St, Madison, NE 68748). A vigil service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
