It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Regina Dean of San Jose, California, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Ahern and Margaret Ahern; her brother Msgr Thomas Ahern, and her sister, Margaret Cullen (Ahern) She is survived by : her brother Paul Ahern (Stephanie); her children, Peter (Barbara Zimmer), Anne, Chris, Peggy (Charlie Gee) and Joseph (Rochelle); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Doug Woodburn), Hannah, Michael, Logan, Heather, Haley, Joanna, Jacob and Nathan; and her great grandchild Claire Marie Woodburn.
If you plan to attend either event, Covid testing will be required, available, and greatly appreciated at both locations.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, an organization Mary felt strongly about.
