It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael O'Toole of San Jose, California, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael James and Betty O'Toole (Emanuel); and his brother James "Jim" O'Toole. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Michael, Jason, Christopher, Patrick O'Toole, Lynnsey Oliver and Melissa O'Toole. He is also survived by five great-nephews; and three great-nieces.
