He was predeceased by: his parents, Norberto Rojas Sr. and Rafaela Cabral of Rojas; and his son Jesus (Vietnam). He is survived by: his wife Alejandra Bermundez; his children, Olga, Raphaela, Alice, Stella, Yolanda, Delia, MaryAnn, Emma, Joe and Jesse "Kiko"; and his caregivers, Debra, Juanita, Felix and Mani of Ardent Hospice. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
