He is survived by: his children, Susan Kozlovsky Husk (Mike Husk), Bill Kozlovsky (Ann Ducharme Kozlovsky), Patricia Kozlovsky (Paul Martin), Janette Blee (Robert Blee) and Kaela Kozlovsky Bernal (Mark Bernal); his grandchildren, Kirsten Kozlovsky Abercrombie, Karen Kozlovsky, Christina Kozlovsky, John Blee, Shannon Blee, Mary Blee, Aidan Bernal and Declan Bernal; his great grandchild Edward Abercrombie; and his wife Teri.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (5111 San Felipe Rd, San Jose, CA 95135).
