He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocky Garman and Marie Garman (Di Maria) of San Jose, CA.; his wife Frances Ucolano; his brother-in-law John Ucolano; his son-in-law Mark Davis; his granddaughter-in-law Alexis Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Rosalind Ucolano and Clarence Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Davis of Gilroy, Richard Jr. of San Jose, Ronald (Debra) and Christopher (Jody); his siblings, Gloria Gray of Sacramento and Robert (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Leslie Davis of So, San Francisco, Michael Davis of Gilroy, Sara Garman of San Jose, Sadie Garman of Utah, Justin Garman, Angela of Hollister, Danielle, Kurtis Salter of Roseville, Travis Garman of Gilroy, Amber and Ryan Pluckhan of Incline Village, NV.; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Sofia Davis of Gilroy, Michelle Garman of San Jose, Grace, Ryder of Hollister, Nikolas, Zackary, Theodore of Roseville and Avery Pluckhan of Incline Village, NV..
