He was predeceased by: his parents, William Melnychuk and Mary Melnychuk. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Elisia Diggs of San Jose, Jacob Melnychuk of San Jose, Amanda Mann of Granger, IN and Brianna Keating of Scotts Valley, CA; and his siblings, Virginia Wickersheim of Mesa, AZ, Roy Melnychuk of Waldport, OR, Kenneth Melnychuk of Florence, OR and Wayne Melnychuk of Oregon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
