He was predeceased by: his parents, Donaciano Carrillo and Dolores Carrillo. He is survived by: his wife Paula Carrillo; his daughters, Teresa Ramos (Robert) and Esther Carrillo; his grandchildren, Elena Reyes (Fidel III), Danielle, Anissa and Maya; and his great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Fidel IV, Ryan, Ruby, Saliyah, Daymian and Lucille. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, godchildren, two brothers and sister.
