He is survived by: his parents, Monica Custodio-Lara and Christopher Dominic Leyva, Sr.; and his siblings, Sasha Sanchez, Christopher Leyva Jr., Salvador Leyva and Zackary Leyva. He is also survived by loving extended family and loyal friends.
