She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco Filippone and Giuseppina Vallelunga; and her siblings, Franco, Antonina Ferrugia (Raymondo), Maria Balistreri (Giuseppe) and Francesco Filippone (Carmelina).
She is survived by: her husband Antonio Sacci (Tony); and her brother Michele Filippone (Susanna). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a charitable donation be made to the Alzheimers Association in remembrance of Vincenza Sacci's life.
