He is survived by : his wife Kitty; his children, Kim Davis (Ken), Michael (Amanda), Anthony (Desirae) and Katie (Jeremy); his grandchildren, McKenna, Brooke, Grace, Emma, Faith, Spencer, Hayden, Savannah, Hank, Kylie, Sophia, Kalea, Joey, Ricky, Samuel, Lorenzo, Isabella, Leilani and Angioletta; and his siblings, Jim (Lynette) and Louana Dean (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
