Patricia Moore Obituary

Mom and Grandma, Patricia Moore passed away peacefully at the age of 93 years surrounded by those who love her. Patricia was wonderfully devoted to her 4 children Greg Moore, Bill Sladek, Bob Sladek, and Victoria Bulauski. She was a loving Grandmother to Eric Bulauski and Jeremy Fowler, and Great Grandmother to Eli Fowler and Amelia Bulauski. Patricia was an incredible wife and mother who always put their needs before her own to make sure they were all successful in life. She spent many years with the Wal-Mart, where she was well known and admired. She led by example. There was never a job too large or too small that she would not tackle. Patricia was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. We will miss her every day. Memorial services will be held privately but close family and friends.
