He was predeceased by: his father Galen Meyer; his sister Mallory Meyer; and his grandparents, Wanda, Leonard Kennedy, Margaret and William Meyer.
He is survived by: his mother Dana Kennedy of Ulysses, Kansas; his children, Charlie Meyer and Jack Meyer of San Leandro, California; his niece Nora Lamb of Garden City, Kansas; the mother of his children Allison Rothfeder; and his pet Indy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
