He is survived by: his wife Sharian Johnstone-Berg; his sons, Mark and James (Jim); his sisters, Kathalee Robbins, Anne Hazelton and Susan Lynn; his grandchildren, Aaron, Lily, Levi, Jack and Violet; and his cousin Marcia Petersen Good. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
