He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Romero and Eugene Romero; and his brothers, Denny Howe, Mateo Romero, Richard Romero, Gene Romero and Carlos Romero.
He is survived by: his son Dustin Miller (Karen); his brother Tom Howe (Judy); his granddaughters, Kirsten and Madeleine; and his great grandchild Hailey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reis Family Mortuary and Crematory (991 Nipomo St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 18th 2025. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Old Mission Cemetery (101 Bridge St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401).
