He was predeceased by: his wife Joan McClintock Frazier; his parents, Gertrude Parsons Frazier and Earl Johnston Frazier; and his sister Shirley Frazier Payne. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Frazier of Carolina, RI, Patricia Katz of Cranston, RI, Peter Frazier of New York, NY, Gwen Cordiak of Tempe, AZ and Jeffrey Frazier of San Marcos, CA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
