He is survived by :His mother Katie Lee and his father Kevin Geurts; his grandparents, Gary Geurts, Nina DiGiovanni and Wendy Byars; his aunt Amy Geurts; his uncle Jacob Lee; his cousins, Isaiah Geurts, Jeremiah Geurts, Alyza Dunn, Logan Dunn and Devin Dunn; and his siblings, Emiley Jordan and Joseph Jordan.
