He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Arkley and Lucile Arkley; his wife Patricia Gail Arkley; his daughter Laurie; his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Merne.

He is survived by: his children, David, Elizabeth (Barry), Laureen (Steve), Danette and Jeff (Anita); and his sibling's children, Pamela, Steve, Bruce and James. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made in Donald's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
