“Dear Family of Dr. Yu, my name is Laura Gan and I was 1 of the students in Dr. Yu's new class at Saint Mary's. I have also been a resident of Dublin, for the past 20 years while raising my 3 children. I would like to express my sorrow at her passing and while my interaction with her was only briefly via email, Dr. Yu clearly had a sense of humor and good spirits. We are so sorry for your families' loss. If there will be an option to attend any services to honor her, please let me know.”
