He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Mary Ann (Barry), Elizabeth (Jim) of Newton, MA, John (Priscilla) of Princeville, HI, Mark (Mee), Christopher of San Mateo, CA, Katrina (Andrew) and Sao Paulo; his grandchildren, Cassie, Chan, John Paul, Isabella, Sonia, Ming, Liana, Harrison, Alex, Alyssa, Adriana, June, Bianca and Lorenzo; and his sister Julia Hsu Low of Boston, MA..
