He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Monfredini and Eleanor Monfredini Lewis; and his stepfather John Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Arlette Blake Monfredini; his daughters, Laura Monfredini (Mark Gabel) and Lisa Monfredini Cohen (Aaron); his grandchildren, Avery, Riley and Tyler Cohen; his close friends, James (Lee Ann) and Martin (Denise); his stepsisters, Barbara Lewis and Christina Levy (Peter); his brother-in-law Tom Blake; and his cousins, Janet Monfredini (Mark Plumley) and William Barbagallo (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church (600 Columbia Dr, San Mateo, CA 94402).
