She is survived by: her husband David Phillips; her daughters, Erin and Amanda Phillips; her son-in-law Oscar Montoya; her granddaughters, Dahlia Daya Montoya and Danica Daisy Montoya; her parents, Cameron Chamberlain and Celia Chamberlain; her in-laws, Ron and Judy Phillips; and her sisters, Kathy McParland (Frank), McParland, Lisa Erhard (Dan) and Erhard. She is also survived by two nieces; and six nephews.

The family suggests donations to Girl Scouts of America Northern California.
