He is survived by: his wife Magaly Bolaños Ortiz; his sons, Alex Calderon and Walter Solares (Heather Solares-Horsfield); his grandchildren, David Alejandro Horsfield, Maria Idaliza Solares-Horsfield, Evy Calderon and Isabella Rosemarie Solares-Horsfield; his godchildren, Evelin Ninette Bolaños (Fabian Trejo), Juan Carlos Sapon Bolaños (Melissa Ureña Sapon), Beatriz Gonzalez Bolaños, Zuly Beatriz Reyes Bolaños (Tito Domínguez) of Domínguez and Edgar Humberto Reyes Bolaños (Madeline); his great-nephews, Juan Antonio Flores and Kevin Gael Trejo Bolaños; and his great-niece Jennifer Ashley Trejo Bolaños. He is also survived by his wife, the love of his life.
