She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nellie Kern and Clinton Kern; her children, Janet Simkins of Coronado, Whitside G. Miller (Gerry) of Lomita, Linda Cibel of San Pedro and Debbie Klett of Torrance; her husband Whitside; her son Gregory Kern Miller; and her granddaughter Tasha Montelongo. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
