She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Richard Harbison and Donna Jo Harbison (Sulentor). She is survived by: her sisters, Anne Webber (Harbison) and Kathleen Harbison; her niece Elise Marie Webber; her nephew Matthew Richard Webber; and her cousins, Rancho Palos Verdes, Long Beach, Montana, Santa Barbara, San Francisco of Vancouver, WA and France. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to your favorite animal charity in Melissa's name, so that her love and care for animals may continue.
