We announce the death of Dwight Eugene Villars of San Rafael, California, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 84. Dwight will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Sewell and Ralph Villars. He is survived by: his children, Tom Villars (Ken), Rick Villars (Suzanne) and Denise Strack (Sigurd); his grandchildren, Katrina Strack, Lexi Strack, Niki Strack, Tina Strack, Heidi Strack and Mattias Strack; and his siblings, Mariann Desantis, Nancy Keeton (Jim) and James Villars (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Blanchester (120 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blanchester Cemetery (520 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to support the local youth in agriculture via the Blanchester-Great Oaks FFA chapter.
