He was predeceased by: his parents, Melinda Moore and Alton Moore. He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene, George, Alton, James, Lillian, Deloris and Dorothy; his wife Linda C. Moore; his children, Jesse Clyde Moore Jr., Carlis Moore Womack (David), Dwight Moore, Stephanie Banford-Johnson, Levertis Riley and Lawrence Riley; his grandchildren, Patrick W. Banford Jr. (Danielle), Myles Banford (Ana), Herbert D. Jones III (Itzi Maria), Brittany Moore, Amanda Womack, DeMonica Womack, LaToya Womack and Camille Leonard; his great grandchildren, Kyleah Jackson, Cameron Banford, Jordyn Banford, Conner D. Jones, Raiden Jones and Phoenix Jones; and his nephew Delvin Moore (DeJuan). He is also survived by nieces, nephew and cousins.
When Covid became a pandemic JC had so much fun playing family games with his children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends on Zoom.
