He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Stevens and Ethel Stevens (Wickham). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Teresa Stammen (Ken), Mark (Mary), Greg, Denise, Tim (Emily), Andrew (Dan Harrison) and Lara Ryan (Justin). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
