He is survived by: his wife Amanda "Mandy" Clark; his children, Frank J. Frost III, Esmé Eugenia Frost and Victoria Rufina Frost; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Nicholas, Kristin, Alexandra and Jared. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
