Jesus leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jesus’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jesus will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice "Bea" Sanchez; his siblings, Richard Sanchez, Marcy Sanchez Huerta, Margarita Sanchez and Serene Sanchez Nisperos (Rich Nisperos); and his children, Jess, Liz Grand (Larry Grand) and Kathy. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; and his 16 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (21 E Sola St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101). A Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
