He was predeceased by: his daughters, Rosalba Ramos and Lizeth Castillo. He is survived by: his wife Elsa Hernández; and his children, Yolanda Barbosa, Sandra Aguilar, Ralph Hernandez, Norma Hernández and Blanca Hernández. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
