He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rechtien; his children, Louise Ann, Thomas David (Janet), Elaine Irene (Jim) and Julie Marie (Jim); his grandchildren, Daniel (Ranjani), Katie, Michael, Mary (Francisco), Sarah, Colette (Patrick), David (Katy), Marielle and Scotty; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Callum, Nikhil and Adriana; his sister JoAnn; and his caregiver Eduardo Pichardo.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, or to a charity of your choice.
