He is survived by: his stepmothers, Annette (Paul) and Patty; his close friend Pink Floyd; his wife Maria; his daughter Kathy; his siblings, Jerry, Steve, Dave and Shelley; and his stepfather Paul. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law as well as nieces and nephews.
