He is survived by : his wife Kelly Farmer; his children, Michael Provost (Kristara Phelix) of Dickinson Center, Brittany and Anthony Susice of Santa Clara; his grandchildren, Annalyse, Alayna, Alyvia, Ainsley and Nolan; and his siblings, Nancy Parks of St. Regis Falls, Barbara Upton (Hank Robar) of Potsdam, James H. Provost of Dickinson, Darlene Dow of Malone, Tammy Provost and Kenny Powers of Constable.
